Cancellation Policies

Cancellation Due to Weather

Bounce Adventure reserves the right to cancel any booking in the event of severe weather (i.e. high winds, severe thunderstorms, snow/icy conditions, or any other weather deemed unsafe for operation). In this event, customer will receive a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule (based on availability).

If the customer chooses to cancel due to weather reasons, it must be done so by 8pm the night before the booking.

Cancellation by Customer

Customers are required to pay the amount in full at the time of the booking. Customers reserve the right to cancel any booking up to two weeks prior to event to receive a full refund. If a customer chooses to cancel within two weeks of the event, then the customer will be refunded 50% of the booking amount.
