Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is there an additional charge for delivery and set up?
A: Delivery is free if you live within 20 miles of our base. If you live between 20-40 miles from our base you will pay a delivery fee of $1 per mile. (For example: if you live 25 miles from our base, you will pay a $25 delivery fee). This delivery fee goes straight to our drivers to compensate for fuel usage.
Q: How much am I required to pay at booking?
A: To make things easier for everyone, we require one payment which is payment in full at the time of booking. If you need to cancel your booking you have until 2 weeks before the booking to receive a full refund. You can see our full cancellation policy here.
Q: Does our rental time start when you drop off the bounce house?
A: No, you have a prescheduled time made at your booking. We like to show up early to set up to ensure that you receive your inflatable for the full time that you paid for.
Q: When do you usually show up to set up?
A: We will usually show up within the hour prior to your scheduled booking, but we may coordinate a time earlier with you if we have a lot of bookings scheduled that day.
Q: When do you show up to pick up?
A: The same answer can be used from above. If we have a lot of bookings that day, we may not be able to show up until an hour or two after your scheduled time is over. Don't worry though this extra time is a freebie and you will not charged for it. We will coordinate with you the night before and give you our estimated drop off/pick up times.
Q: What type of space do I need to rent one of your inflatables?
A: You need a space large enough for the required space size that is listed under each unit. It needs to be flat and level and free of debris and animal waste. We set up in grass (preferred for children), concrete, or in large in door facilities that are large enough. We will not set up a unit on gravel, rock, sand, or mulch as it will cause increased wear to the vinyl.
Q: Can we unplug the blower once the unit is inflated?
A: NO! The blower is designed to run the entire time the inflatables are being used. If the blower is turned off during operation this can cause serious injury to anyone using the inflatable.
Q: What should I do if the blower loses power or malfunctions?
A: First remove all participants from the inflatable immediately. Next you ensure that the blower did not just become unplugged or that a breaker did not become tripped. If you can safely restore power, ensure that the inflatable is completely inflatable before continuing use. If you are unable to restore power contact us by phone.
Q: What if I don't have electricity where I while have the inflatable?
A: If you are within 100ft from your electrical outlet, we provide extension cords up to 100 ft. If you don't have access to electricity at all, we have generators that you can rent for an addition fee.
Q: What can I do to make sure everyone is safe while using these inflatables?
A: We have a complete list of rules for your safety right here! They can also be viewed under terms and conditions after checkout. You will be required to sign stating that you read them and agree to follow them.
